Return authorization required

Contact sales@unitedmedwholesale.com before returning any product. Returns sent without written authorization may be refused.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Inspect shipments promptly and report visible damage, missing items, incorrect products, or suspected defects within 7 days of delivery. Include your company name, order number, product details, photographs when relevant, and a description of the issue.

Other returns

Unopened, unused products in resalable condition may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns may be subject to shipping costs, manufacturer restrictions, or a restocking fee disclosed before authorization.

Non-returnable products

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, opened or used products, sterile goods with compromised packaging, custom or special-order products, temperature-controlled items, hazardous materials, and products exposed to bodily fluids may not be returnable. Additional manufacturer restrictions may apply.

Do not dispose of or ship regulated products until you receive instructions from us.
